COURSES

Here is what's in our 2026-27
professional course pipeline:

01

ASRS BOARD UPLIFT

The ASRS Board Uplift Program is a tailored governance development initiative designed to strengthen board effectiveness, strategic oversight, and organisational performance. Through a structured assessment of board capabilities, governance practices, decision-making processes, and leadership dynamics, the program identifies opportunities to enhance board maturity and alignment with contemporary governance standards. Participants gain practical insights, actionable recommendations, and targeted development pathways that support stronger stewardship, improved stakeholder confidence, and greater organisational resilience. Whether preparing for growth, regulatory change, succession planning, or strategic transformation, the ASRS Board Uplift Program equips boards with the tools and confidence to govern with clarity, accountability, and impact.
02

ASRS Alignment Program for the Built Environment

The Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) are reshaping how the built environment measures, manages, and discloses sustainability risk and opportunity. Our ASRS Alignment Program is designed specifically for architects, engineers, developers, and construction businesses navigating this change. We translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical actions aligned with how projects are actually delivered. Through targeted capability building, emissions and risk alignment, and supply-chain readiness, we help your organisation move beyond compliance to strategic advantage. Build confidence, protect future work, and position your practice as a trusted, future-ready partner in a rapidly changing market.

Sustainability Marketing & Advocacy

Effective sustainability marketing serves two critical objectives. The first is ensuring your organisation can confidently and credibly communicate its sustainability commitments while navigating the increasingly fine line between ethical promotion and greenwashing. With regulators taking a stronger stance and significant penalties now applying to misleading environmental claims, organisations must be able to substantiate every sustainability message they take to market. The second—and arguably more important—objective is advocacy. The transition to a more sustainable economy requires far greater participation, urgency, and leadership than we are currently seeing. This program equips organisations to engage stakeholders, build trust, and inspire meaningful action across their sphere of influence. Learn how to communicate an authentic sustainability story that not only strengthens your brand and manages risk, but also encourages customers, suppliers, employees, and industry peers to embrace and accelerate the journey towards a more sustainable future.
04

Net Positive Leadership

Sustainability leadership is not some new, green brand of leadership. Organisations that embrace a net positive mindset unlock powerful virtuous cycles that strengthen competitiveness, attract and retain talent, deepen customer loyalty, enhance innovation, improve access to capital, and build long-term resilience. Done well, sustainability becomes a source of strategic advantage rather than a cost of doing business.

Net Positive Leadershipis a program designed for forward-thinking leaders who want to drive exceptional growth, deliver outstanding client outcomes, build high-performing and purpose-driven workplace cultures, and embed sustainability and governance at the heart of business strategy. Participants will learn how to lead organisations that create enduring value for shareholders, stakeholders, communities, and the environment—leaving the world better than they found it while building stronger, more successful businesses.
